The Craven Accordion Orchestra will be playing at The Parish Church of the Ascension in Settle, North Yorkshire on Saturday 18th April at 7.30pm.  This is the third year the Orchestra has been invited to play at the picturesque Church, and always plays to a very appreciative congregation.

Settle is a thriving country market town surrounded by the breathtaking Dales scenery.  There are many good pubs and cafes providing a wide range of menus.  Why not come for the day, or afternoon and round off your visit with a concert in the Church.

The Church is easily accessible and is opposite a large car park (free after 6pm).

Admission is £6 and £5 concessions with FREE entry for children.  Refreshments will be provided and there will be a raffle.

Just a reminder for all those wanting to compete at the Yorkshire Accordion Festival.   This is the last chance you will get to qualify if you want to go and compete at the National Championships held later in the year.

The festival is on 7th February 2009 at Saltaire's Victoria Hall with sections to suit all (from Beginners to Advanced and Solos to Orchestras), and goes on throughout the day, with a prize presentation to finish.

In the evening we have entertainment from the Robert Thorn Ceilidh Band, which will promise to bring the hall to life, and be great fun for all the family.  There will be a free coach available.  TICKETS NOW ON SALE
